B.C. Rich Guitars announces the Neil Giraldo Signature Eagle for 2012. When you think of the classic B.C. Rich Guitars lineup (Bich, Mockingbird and Eagle guitars), it's hard not to visualize Neil Giraldo with his early 80's, Licensed Bigsby-equipped Kato Green Sunburst Eagle. Neil is without question one the most noteworthy artists to emerge from the B.C. Rich Guitars Golden Era. From his earliest affectionately known as Kato has provided the ultimate platform for his aggressive bends and signature style. B.C. Rich pays tribute to Neil and ushers in a new Golden Era with a faithful recreation of his renowned Eagle for 2012.
Loaded for the kill with a Seymour Duncan DSesigned humbuckers, the Neil Giraldo Signature Eagle is the first ever B.C. Rich production model to come standard with a Bigsby tremolo. Combined with the Eagles mahogany body and neck-through construction, the tremolo brings an additional level of warmth and makes for smooth and effortless bends on its 24 5/ scale, 24-fret easy access neck. The Eagle spreads its tonal wings further with a phase reverse and two coil splitting mini switches, offering subtle cleans and soaring, full-bodied sustain.
The Eagles regal appearance is complete with chrome hardware, cloud inlays, ebony fretboard, neck and headstock binding, and an Artist Signature Model with an R Logo adorning the headstock. Finish options include: Kato Green Sunburst and Tobacco Sunburst.
