Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! If you are outside Canada, please feel free to give us a call about shipping.

What are my payment options?

International customers are able to pay via debit card, certified cheque, and most prefered; bank money wire transfer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping can be calculated at the time of check out. If your country is not in the drop down menu please contact our customer service department for an estimate. Larger items maybe subject additional shipping charges.

When is my order shipping?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If there is extreme weather the item will be held until the tempratures rise or lower. If the buyer insist we ship during extreme weather conditions against our advisement, all liability and responsiblity for any damages is the buyers responsiblity.
