Shipping and Returns
What are my shipping options?
We ship via UPS. If you need to make other arrangements for shipping, please let us know we have used FEDEX, CANADA POST, CANPAR and NIPPON EXPRESS in the past. Please note if there is extreme weather there may be shipping delays to avoid damage to your item on in-stock and pre-order items. Items are generally dispatched within 1 business day but if there is a delay beyond 10 business days for any reason you will be notified by email or phone. Larger items maybe subject additional shipping charges.
What is your return policy?
Online Return Policy
We offer a 10 day Satisfaction Guarantee by exchange or store credit.
We allow a 24 hour approval period for online purchases. In the case of a return an item must be returned within 7 days after contacting us within the 24 hour approval period from when you receive your product to receive your authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. The buyer will pay shipping costs both ways, credit card processing fees, and a minimum 25% re-stocking fee in the case of a return. Discounted items or negotiated prices are final sale. If the item is not in original condition when shipped additional charges may apply(vintage inventory cannot be exchanged or bought with store credit).

In-Store Return Policy
We offer a 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee by exchange or store credit.
Please return the product to our store location. We offer a full store credit or exchange on new inventory(vintage inventory cannot be exchanged or bought with store credit). Only valid for IN STOCK(i.e in the physical store) and regular priced items. Discounted products are final sale.

Return Procedure
Log into your account, click on Order Status, Order details and click request a return in the navgiation menu on the top right. You will be contacted by a Tundra Music representative regarding your return authorization. Please note that all online returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be sent back with original receipt, manuals, stickers and authenticity/warranty cards. Returned items will be inspected for wear or abuse additional charges may apply. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted. Only returns with a valid authorization number will be accepted. We only accept returns on in stock guitar and amplifier purchases. We do not accept returns on cds, books, strings, cables, harmonicas, capos, special offers, discontinued, pre-orders, discounted or clearance items, drum heads, sticks, parts or any other products under accessories mall unless faulty*. We will not accept returns for pre-order or items dispatched from our warehouse as discussed. if the items is deemed defective the manufacturer will provide a replacement or repair. Please note; in-store credit and exchanges can be used on in stock items only in the same category as the original purchased item(New, Used) excluding vintage gear, unless otherwise discussed with a Tundra Music representative; see contact us page.
